Once you cross the gate, you won't leave the path that leads to our old oak tree, you will be caught from the sight of the mountains of the Marche, until the Mount Nerone and Catria, often snowy in winter. Our garden has sun beds, chairs and tables for your outdoor moments, next to the scent of aromatic plants.

On the roof was installed a photovoltaic system that provides us the energy we need, while making us more "compatible" with the environment around us.

A year ago we built a removable plexiglass cover on our pool that in addition to heat the water, thanks to its versatility, allows you to choose to swim in the warm days and at all hours of the day, stay in water comfortable and with the possibility of having a "window" on Mount Carpegna. The paved sunbathing teak Bolivian creates continuity with the environment around you.
